Pratique de hatha yoga pour tous les niveaux.

About me

Originally from Argentina, I was a dancer, photographer, sociologist, permaculturist… I discovered yoga at 22 with Rubini Cavoura, a teacher full of wisdom and kindness... That encounter deeply impacted me and planted the seeds of a new path. Later, already in France, I became certified as a teacher at the Sivananda ashram and created my own project, Shakti Yoga: Yoga in Sanskrit means 'union', with whatever each one considers higher. Shakti is the cosmic energy, the life force that is in everything… it is what we aim to awaken during our yoga practice, to reach that state of transcendence and fulfillment that all cultures seek through different practices.

Frequently Asked Questions

Flexibility and Body

  • I am not flexible, can I still do yoga?

Of course! In fact, I would say: not only can you, but you should. A body that doesn’t move progressively loses its mobility. The good news? Flexibility and range of motion are regained through regular practice.
  • Is yoga accessible to everyone?

Absolutely. Classes are adapted to all body types, with variations and adjustments so that everyone can progress at their own pace.

Logistics and Registration

  • Can I start at any time of the year?

Yes, there’s no need to wait until September! We offer several options: • Single sessions (Drop-in). • 10-session cards. • Annual membership (pro-rated if you start mid-year).
  • How can I book a class or sign up?

There are now two ways to book your session, depending on the type of class: • Online Booking: If the class is available for direct booking, you can click the “Book Now” button on the service card or in the navigation bar. Simply follow these steps:
    • Select your preferred date and time from the calendar (for drop-in classes).
    • Complete the booking form.
    • Process the payment via Stripe (if applicable) to confirm your spot.
Note: Online booking is currently available for single sessions and formations payments only. For 10-session cards or annual memberships, please contact me directly. • Direct Contact: If the online booking option is not displayed or if you prefer a personal touch, you can still book by filling out the contact form, or via email and phone. I am always available to help you choose the class that best suits your practice and goals.

Equipment and Attire

  • What equipment do I need for my trial session?

Just bring your smile! We provide mats and cushions (props). Tip: Bring a light blanket to stay warm during the final relaxation.
  • What should I wear?

Forget about jeans or belts. Choose flexible, comfortable clothing (cotton is ideal). Pro-tip: Wear a t-shirt that you can tuck into your leggings or pants so it stays in place during “head-down” postures (inversions).

Class Details

  • How long are the classes?

90 minutes: Classic Hatha Yoga. 60 minutes: Gentle Yoga, Prenatal, Children, and Private sessions.
  • Advice before coming:

Try not to eat 2 hours before or drink 1 hour before the session. If you are hungry, opt for a piece of fruit: it’s easy to digest and will give you the energy needed for your asanas!

Philosophy and Spirit

  • Is yoga a religion?

No, it is a philosophy and a physical practice. The spiritual aspect is approached with flexibility and without any dogmatism. Whether you come to heal back pain, lose weight, calm your mind, or seek deeper meaning, all reasons are valid. Yoga is a universe that adapts to your own personal journey.
